Dear Friends,
We hope this letter finds you all doing well. We are very excited about your interest in volunteering at our sale. This letter will detail the requirements and benefits of becoming a Munchkin Market Volunteer. We have made a few changes to our requirements for volunteering, and we hope these changes will make your volunteering more fun.
Benefits:
- You shop FIRST (even before other consigners)! Which means you don't have to fight the crowd.
- You won't have to stand in line during the busiest consignment receiving days to get a priority shopping number.
- Your discount days (50% off) will be before the public discount days.
- If you volunteered at the previous sale, you get to shop an hour earlier than our rookie volunteers.
- You can give your priority shopping number to a friend!
- We provide dinner for you during the first evening of volunteer shopping.
Requirements:
- You must consign a minimum of 15 items.
- 4 hours of work before or during the sale - not including sorting time-you choose your schedule based on availability.
- You must work 3 hours of sorting (total of 7 hours).
- Our pregnant volunteers do not work sorting - they must work an additional 3 hours during the sale to make up that time.
- We will also be providing food during sorting, though it will be items that can be eaten on the run.
- Must be willing to provide customer service and have a great time!
