Picture ID must be presented when picking up checks!
This day is VERY important! Please do not forget to come retrieve your items if you choose not to donate to Mission Children's Hospital. If you have designated items to be returned to you, and you do not come to receive them, they will be donated.
If you cannot come to "Pick-up & Pay," you may have a family member or friend receive your returned items. This family member or friend will also need to show an ID to receive your clothing. You must write a letter telling us to whom to give your items. Sign and date the letter and include your consignor number.
If you do not come to "Pick-up & Pay," your check will be mailed to the address we have on file. We cannot allow anyone else to pick up your check. Please, review the information in your profile and update accordingly.
If you have an unexpected emergency that keeps you from making it to "Pick-up & Pay," you must call us before the end of our "Pick-up & Pay" period. (828) 230-8909
NO EXCEPTIONS will be made after this time period!
We begin loading items into vehicles for transport to Mission Children's Hospital immediately after close of "Pick-up & Pay Day."
We DO NOT mail clothes back to consignors!
Our relationship with Mission Children's Hospital is many years strong. They have built special closets to accomidate all the wonderful items that you have donated to their lovely families. Thank you for your generosity!
